Michael Nazzal
Co-Founder — Public Leadership & Governance
A veteran Jordanian hotelier, entrepreneur, and member of the 25th Jordanian Senate — serving as Chairman of the Senate Tourism Committee. Founder of the Dead Sea Spa Hotel, and former Chairman of the Jordan Hotel Association for 30 years. Graduate of École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
Dr. Abdulkareem Lasassmeh
Academia Director
Holds a PhD in Social Studies and a Doctor of Business Administration. Over 15 years of experience in workforce development, hospitality training, study abroad programs, and AI application in SME performance. Leads design and implementation of FITE's training and capacity-building programs.
Mona Naffa
Founder, FITE Youth Academy & Board Member
A passionate educator and social entrepreneur with roots in Jordan and the USA. MBA holder and Harvard Kennedy School alumna. Champion of youth and women's empowerment, international partnerships, and education that bridges learning with innovation and real-world opportunity.
Ibrahim Zuraiqi
Board Member — Tourism & Industry Leader
30+ years in tourism and traditional handicrafts. Senior Committee Member at Jordan's Ministry of Tourism, President of the Jordanian Association of Handicrafts & Traditional Industries. MBA from Anglia Ruskin University. Founded multiple tourism ventures including the Petra Tourist Complex.
