Collaborations and Partnerships

Collaborations and partnerships are at the heart of FITE’s work, creating a strong ecosystem that enhances the impact of all programs. FITE works with leading international organizations, universities, NGOs, and private sector partners to ensure innovation, relevance, and global connection in its initiatives.

Key academic partners include Harvard Student Agencies, a student-run business at Harvard University, and Fulbright, supporting academic exchange and global learning. Locally, FITE collaborates with Jordan University to strengthen research, education, and Arabic language.  FITE also partners with organizations such as LDSCYWCA Jordan, the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Jesuit Center, and Partners for Good, along with many others working in education, humanitarian support, and community development.

Through these partnerships, FITE designs research programs and workshops that combine theory with practice, allowing participants to explore real-world challenges and contribute to meaningful solutions that support social and economic development.

Collaborations and partnerships are at the heart of our work, forming a strong ecosystem that enhances the quality, reach, and impact of all our programs. FITE believes that by working with leading international organizations, academic institutions, NGOs, universities, and private sector partners, we ensure that our initiatives remain relevant, innovative, and globally connected. These partnerships strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality research programs, workshops, and training experiences that engage students, scholars, and key stakeholders in meaningful, applied learning.

Among our key academic partners is Harvard Student Agencies, a student-run business at Harvard University that brings entrepreneurial insight, innovation, and real-world business experience into our programs. We also collaborate with Fulbright, supporting cultural exchange, academic excellence, and global educational cooperation. Locally and regionally, we work closely with Jordan University, strengthening academic exchange, research collaboration, and Arabic language development.

Our partnerships extend to impactful organizations such as LDSCYWCA Jordan, the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the Jesuit Center, along with Partners for Good and many other regional and international institutions. Each partner contributes unique expertise in areas such as community development, education, gender equality, youth empowerment, humanitarian support, and labor market advancement.

Through these collaborations, we design and implement research programs and workshops that connect theory with practice. Students, researchers, and professionals are actively engaged in applied learning experiences where they explore real-world challenges, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to meaningful projects that address social and economic needs.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that collaboration drives innovation. By bringing together diverse perspectives from academia, civil society, humanitarian organizations, and industry, we create a dynamic environment for exploration, creativity, and impact. Participants are encouraged to explore ideas, create solutions, and contribute to projects with real-world relevance and measurable outcomes.

These partnerships also support knowledge exchange and capacity building, ensuring continuous improvement of programs and alignment with global best practices. They allow us to respond effectively to evolving community needs and labor market demands.

Ultimately, our collaborations and partnerships empower individuals to engage in transformative learning, foster innovation, and contribute meaningfully to society while preparing for future academic and professional success.
