Course Overview
- Business courses promote both concrete technical and social management skills. Each day begins with an in-depth analysis of one aspect of the business, such as developing an effective pitch, conducting a SWOT analysis, or implementing market research. In the afternoon, students transition to team-based activities that promote effective communication and collective execution. Over the course of five days, the program guides students through the integral components of launching a business: idea generation, market research, customer research, competitive analysis, the business plan, and the elevator pitch.
